1) When everyone else in your group is absolutely clueless: “I’ll Make a Man out of You” from Mulan

“You’re a spineless, pale, pathetic lot/ and you haven’t got a clue,”

2) When your parents say that you can’t go out during the weekend so you’re stuck at home: “Out There” from The Hunchback of Notre Dame

“Just one day and then/ I swear I’ll be content with my share/ won’t resent, won’t despair/ old and bent, I won’t care/ I’ll have spent one day out there,”

3) When you didn’t study at all for a giant test and are trying to convince yourself that you’re going to be fine: “Why Should I Worry” from Oliver and Co.

“I’m streetwise/ I can improvise,”

4) When you meet someone totally inspiring and you just want them to love you: “Part of Your World” from The Little Mermaid
