When and why did you start playing volleyball?
“I started going to volleyball camps and clinics in 5th grade because my mom thought I would be good at it. Then, I started playing on a team in 8th grade.”
What position do you play?
“I play outside, so left front. I hit in the front row and also go in the back row and play defense.”
Do you have any pregame rituals?
“Not really, for school games I eat a lot of snacks though.”
You guys have been doing well this season, how do you think the rest of the season will be?
“I think we are going to stay on the track we are on right now and keep getting better because our team, and all the players, have a lot of potential.”
What are your future plans for volleyball?
“I play club so I plan to try out again after the school season, and I also want to play in college. I don’t know where I want to play in college yet, but I’m thinking somewhere on the east coast.”
