  1. Breaking Bad (TV-14) One of the best shows of all time about a chemistry teacher turned drug dealer has fantastic acting and an exciting plot. All five seasons of Breaking Bad are available on Netflix.“Yeah science!”
  2. Friends (TV-14)This classic show, starring Matthew Perry and Jennifer Aniston, among others, is one of the best sitcoms of all time, and is filled with 10 seasons worth of romantic comedy fun. “How you doin’?”
  3. Arrested Development (TV-PG)Although this underrated comedy gem doesn’t have very many episodes available, it remains one of the most well-written and funniest comedies out there. “I’ve made a huge mistake.”
  4. Daredevil (TV-MA)You don’t have to be a superhero fan to like this Netflix original. This action series gives a look into the inner workings of a New York crime syndicate. There are only two seasons so far, but they’re both amazing. “You’re one bad day away from being me.”
  5. The Walking Dead (TV-MA)The Walking Dead has admittedly had its ups and downs, but its ups are phenomenal. Full of twists and cliffhangers, this zombie apocalypse thriller is highly binge-able, and there are more than enough episodes to keep you busy all week. “Look at the flowers.”
  6. Sherlock (TV-14)This British crime drama is arguably the best iteration of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s classic detective story. Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman perfectly combine the classic feel of older versions with aspects of the modern world. “Obviously.”
  7. Planet Earth (TV-G)You might not think nature documentaries are very interesting, but this 2006 mini-series has the perfect blend of breathtaking videography and fascinating narration, making it far from boring.
  8. The Office (TV-PG)This hilarious sitcom is a classic workplace comedy. It is definitely worth your time. “Occasionally I’ll hit someone with my car. So sue me.”
  9. Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (TV-14)This 2015 Netflix sitcom has a bit of an odd plot: a kidnapped girl escapes a cult and moves to New York City. The fish out of water concept, great acting and superb writing, however, make this heartwarming comedy a must-see. “Hashbrown no filter.”
  10. Top Gear (TV-PG)If you like motor vehicles and jokes, this is the right show for you: lots of cool cars and funny quotes. “How hard can it be?”
