NBC just announced that coming up will be a game between Tacko Fall and Three 5’2’’ Men. In order to appear as one body, the men will cover with a giant trench coat.
The game, which will go to 21 points, will take place at the famous TD Garden this weekend. As part of an exclusive NBC interview, Fall shared his strategy with us:
“I’m just trying to keep my head in the game, stay focused, not get distracted, and concentrate,” Fall said.
His opposition, three business majors at the nearby Northeastern University that go by their street names (Not-Brad Stevens, “Danger” Leibovitz, and Two Ropez), have decided that Not-Brad will act as the “legs”, while Two Ropez will play the “hands”, and Danger will be the “eyes”. The trio has been practicing at the Leventhal-Sidman JCC in Newton for about a week and hope to work together like a “well-oiled machine” when gametime comes.
Not-Brad explains that the idea of a one-on-one game with Tacko Fall came to him one night while he was watching the Summer League:
“I mean he’s absolutely massive, so I thought to myself, can I take him by myself? No. How about if me and [Two Ropez] take him? Also probably no. But if me, [Two Ropez], and [Danger] worked together and created a much bigger figure (“sort of like Voltron” chimes in Two Ropez), maybe we’d have a shot.”
ESPN predicts that Fall will win 21-18 in a close game, which can be viewed at 3PM Eastern Time this Sunday on any major news network as well as C-Span and ABC. The game will be immediately followed by yet another all-new episode of The Big Bang Theory.
