With summer just around the corner, it is that time of the year again: the school turns on the air conditioning; the anticipation of heading to the beach, eating ice cream, and hanging out with friends intensifies; and for the seniors, the class of 2024 excitingly begins a new chapter in their lives—embarking on the collegiate journey.
The college application process is by far one of the most stressful stages of senior year, and through those hardships, Newton South’s talented athletes persisted with passion, hard work, and resiliency.
Numerous senior athletes have committed to universities and colleges throughout the entire span of the country, stretching from the eastern coast of Massachusetts to the western coast of Oregon. The diversity among the senior athletes extends beyond their chosen schools, also including the wide range of sports they intend to engage in.
