As Denebola continues to profile different seniors completing their WISE projects, senior Robbie Hodin sat down with Denebola and discussed his idea of filming and producing a show of basketball commentary.
What is your project idea?
Me and my friends, Finn Berquist and Alec Szwarcewicz, are making a basketball talk show.
How did you come up with the idea?
We knew that we wanted to do a project together, so we were thinking of something that we all have in common. We realized that we all enjoy debating and arguing about things, specifically basketball so we came to this idea.
What are you most looking forward to with the project?
Probably to actually make the talk show and see how it turns out.
Where are you going to put the actual talk show?
We don’t actually know where, or if we’re going to put it anywhere. We’re first focused on making it.
Will you be commentating on professional basketball?
Yeah, professional and college basketball.
Will this project continue beyond senior year?
We might continue it in the summer, but once we go to college, it would be pretty hard to continue it.
